30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Products marked as guarantee-eligible on their product pages may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you're not happy with the results. No questions asked. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Standard Return Policy For products not marked as guarantee-eligible, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. Email support@gimmenimble.com immediately with your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the item. Damaged packaging with an intact product is not considered damage.

Incorrect Shipping Address Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order if you spot an error. We're not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing time may vary by bank or card provider.
