Refund policy

We want you to love your Nimble product. If something isn't right, we've got you covered.

30-Day Trialย 
Trial-eligible products are marked on their product pages. We recommend using your Nimble product for at least 14 days before deciding if it's right for you. If after 14 days you're still not satisfied, you have until day 30 to request a full refund. To receive your refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Standard Return Policy
For products not marked as trial-eligible, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Worn, washed, or used items are not eligible. Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges
For sized products, we offer one size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship the replacement size at no additional cost. If your preferred size is unavailable, you'll receive store credit for the full item value. To request a size exchange, email support@gimmenimble.com with your order number and the size you need. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.

How to Start a Return
Email support@gimmenimble.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. Email support@gimmenimble.com immediately with your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video. We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the item. Damaged packaging with an intact product is not considered damage.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you spot an error. We're not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Exchanges
Aside from size exchanges outlined above, we don't offer product exchanges.ย 

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing time may vary by bank or card provider.
